Another great event from XBOX and SA Studios. A very select group of people were invited to take a sneak peak at Capcom’s new entry to the Resident Evil franchise; Resident Evil 5.

Attendees from former EXTRA! TV host and Sugar Ray front-man Mark McGrath and Cypress Hill’s DJ Muggs, to rock band Lostprophets and reality TV star Rob Kardashian teamed up to play “Resident Evil 5” together on special edition red Xbox 360 consoles that will be available in limited numbers to consumers starting March 13. As the next blockbuster on Xbox 360, “RE5” will also allow players to meet up with two-player co-op on Xbox LIVE.

Check out some pics from the event below.

Everyday Villains was one of the invitees to this VIP event hosted by Rockstar Games, XBOX 360 and SA Studios Global. Not only was there a live demo of the new Grand Theft Auto downloadable episode “The Lost and the Damned”, but there was music from DJ Skee, food and open bar! EV always like an open bar. If that wasn’t enough, a select few received a custom XBOX elite with the cover art of the game on the side. See picture below.

Really dope.

All in all, a great event and the game was really impressive. Don’t be fooled by the game just being downloadable that it’s a little update or tweak. Its has brand new missions and storylines that weaves throughout the existing GTAIV story. It even has new characters to play, weapons, vehicles, achievements, and more.

The Lost And Damned will only be available February 17, 2009 and only via XBOX LIVE.

Bobby Hundreds from, The Hundreds, does an excellent job capturing the sights of Japan in this short video. Although a mere 57 seconds, the viewer gets a great glimpse into the fashion, culture and other subtle nuances of Japanese life. Having always wanted to travel to Tokyo myself, I found this video to be very inspiring to say the least. I did notice that the street fashion displayed in this footage was far more reserved than the Japan we’ve seen in the past. The rise in popularity of American work-wear seems to have taken a hold of many Japanese closets. Joga, by Bjork, sets the tone.

Kanye West has become the world’s most sought after footwear designer. Forget Tinker Hatfield (designer of the numbered Jordan line) Jeff Staple (Pigeon Dunk), Nick Tershay (Tiffany Dunk) or Angel Cabada (Supra), apparently the Louis Vuitton Don is the foremost authority on kicks. Last year there was a lot of hype surrounding the Kanye West Nike collaboration shoe coming out later this year, but (I hate to say it but it’s true) before that shoe even launches it’s old news.

Why? Because all the hype is now surrounding Mr. West’s LV shoe drop.

Now we have the first official photos of what is at the moment rumored to be a 6 piece collection.

And since I’m a huge boat shoe fan myself, I’m pretty hyped on these.

Pray for another stimulus check this year.

For some reason this shot just reminds me of how much I loved being in The City.

I love this picture, it features Nicholas Malleville and Francesca Bonata in Mexico. You can tell Todd asked them to kiss and when you are asked to kiss it’s never natural. So the subjects broke into laughter just as their lips met. Amazing.
